Dear SHFC Member,

We asking for your feedback about the clubs features, activities, and amenities to use as input to drive club improvements.  To make sure we get all members’ input we have created a simple online questionnaire to understand your use of the club.  Please click the included link and access it by entering the new 2020 GATE COMBINATION ( Member Questionnaire  ). The survey is anonymous unless you provide your name and email at the bottom of the survey (e.g. if you want to be contacted about certain interests expressed in the questionnaire).   The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
